Shadybrook Resort Overnight & Penthouse Apartment Reservations are open! Please select the date and site below to complete your booking. May 9, 2025 is the opening day for nightly reservations.

Please note the following important nightly camping policies before completing your reservation:

• Maximum group size is 6 people (max 4 adults).
• Campsite permit holder must be 18 years of age.
  
• One sleeping unit and one vehicle per site.  No tents allowed.
• Online bookings must be made prior to 3:00 pm on day of check in

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for violating campground rules, destructive behaviour or creating a disturbance.

Cancellation Policy: Thirty (30) days prior to date of arrival. Cancellations will only be accepted by email to shadybrook@sunchaserresorts.ca. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

In the case of any no-shows or early departures, guests will still be responsible for the full amount of their reservation.

We do not give credit or refunds due to inclement weather.

To see High Season Weekly availability Check-in date = Saturday then Check-out date = the following Saturday.
