Seasonal Site reservations cannot be completed online. To get your name on the current wait list email shadybrook@sunchaserresorts.ca.  

Please note the following important nightly camping policies before completing your reservation:

• Maximum group size is 6 people (max 4 adults).
• Campsite permit holder must be 18 years of age.
  
• One sleeping unit and one vehicle per site.  No tents allowed.
• Online bookings must be made prior to 3:00 pm on day of check in

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for violating campground rules, destructive behaviour or creating a disturbance.

Cancellation Policy: Thirty (30) days prior to date of arrival. Cancellations will only be accepted by email to shadybrook@sunchaserresort.ca. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

In the case of any no-shows or early departures, guests will still be responsible for the full amount of their reservation.

We do not give credit or refunds due to inclement weather.
